Watch the game again, I have and your correct, Hock had a nightmare.
Plus you've picked the same 1,2,3 as me.
The first Leeds try is dubious, the 3rd was a definite forward from Kirke, a Wigan player does not touch the ball otherwise Smith would have waved play on.
I disagree Rogues. Whilst it's true he had a couple moments of madness, for the most part it was because he was trying to force the issue and make something happen, albeit in positions he shouldn't have. Also two of his 'errors' should have been Wigan penalties as the ball was clearly reefed...how it was missed is beyond me! On the plus side he didn't react, even though he had every right to...something that shows a possible maturing?
Anyway, on to the positives. In a severely beaten pack, and despite being targetted all night by 3 and sometimes 4 (
![Shocked ](./images/smilies/icon_eek.gif)
) defenders he still managed to cross the whitewash twice and always looked a handfull with ball in hand. I also thought he put some terrific work in in defence (don't think he missed a tackle, although I haven't seen the stats).
Good game...possibly not by his standards. Nightmare...not in a million years!
