I don't think either of last night's 40-20s were totally intended, but they were very welcome

I’ve not see the game back yet but from what I could see on the big screen Wee Rob’s foot was about an inch inside the 40 when he put boot to ball for the first 40-20.

Either ultimate precision or, as you say, unintended.

I haven't watched them again, but both looked pretty intentional to me and I'm sure both players would say that's what they intended. It looked like quality precision kicking to me.

With most 40/20's the kicker is just on the 40 line so i think that was intentional. Lee Smith appeared to slice his kick though which resulted in it going into touch.
