I've been involved in games where the tactics employed by our coach were wrong, our captain has stood up and told us to change and things have improved, the coach was man enough to admit he was wrong and praised us as a group for sorting things out between ourselves. Everyone gets things wrong but its how you react to your failings and also admitting them that determines how good a coach you are, this in my opinion is where Noble fails, i get the feeling its my way or the highway with him but your senior players need to stand up and open their mouths in a way which does not undermine the coach, could Noble take it on the chin that he's got something wrong? do the players have the balls to question him?
The players did a few times last year especially TB but they did not get the support.
Second bit in bold seems nailed on, Tomkins would never have got a chance without external issues.
Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

No, but the main performance issues tonight, I honestly don't see how he can take the blame for (namely the handling errors).

Still sound better than what I get, the furthest I get from home is Basildon or Leicester Sq for a couple of nights!!!

I never said we should have won or deserved to. But, Ainscough was borderline for mine, but when do we get a BOD try, and the obstruction never was, the Leeds man conned the officials.
