True but I also mean the players, they are 100 times better players than I am and can make decisions much quicker than I (I assume anyway) but many times this evening Wigan held the line instead of rushing up and cutting down the attacking options, OK thery may have been told to defend this way but as a player if what you're doing isn't working surely you take it upon yourselves to rectify this and change your tactics (with or without the coaches consent). I've been involved in games where the tactics employed by our coach were wrong, our captain has stood up and told us to change and things have improved, the coach was man enough to admit he was wrong and praised us as a group for sorting things out between ourselves. Everyone gets things wrong but its how you react to your failings and also admitting them that determines how good a coach you are, this in my opinion is where Noble fails, i get the feeling its my way or the highway with him but your senior players need to stand up and open their mouths in a way which does not undermine the coach, could Noble take it on the chin that he's got something wrong? do the players have the balls to question him?

The players did a few times last year especially TB but they did not get the support.

Second bit in bold seems nailed on, Tomkins would never have got a chance without external issues.

Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

Its a reality check big time. Everything was wrong tonight from BN and everything was right from BM.

Good at giving advice but useless at recieving it..

So I take it this is one of the main reasons he left the club?

Diversify on the second point if you will, via pm if you don't feel comfortable posting your opinion on the matter on the public forum.

Read back. I think you are blasting me because your best friends aren't online.

BM had Leeds firing tonight, but 2 50/50 decisions go our way and we are within a score.

Leeds deserved to win, but in one thing he said, Noble was right - We didnt get a call tonight.

Sorry but it was only 1 50/50 mdecision, the try from the kick was clearly offside.

No, but the main performance issues tonight, I honestly don't see how he can take the blame for (namely the handling errors).

DaveO wrote:Considering it was for work, yes I did thanks. Need to go on the wagon for a week or two. Bloody freezing though. -10c and -14c not uncommon and we had a 12 inch snowfall due to what the locals call "the lake effect" whatever that is.

Still sound better than what I get, the furthest I get from home is Basildon or Leicester Sq for a couple of nights!!! :D

I never said we should have won or deserved to. But, Ainscough was borderline for mine, but when do we get a BOD try, and the obstruction never was, the Leeds man conned the officials.

They happen and its a one score game.
