As for Yeaman, he made it to the international scene for one very brief but glorious minute, then quickly disappeared once again. If his main motivation is scoring an odd try against Rovers, that says it all really.

Back on thread, here's hoping Webbo can fire Widnes to a franchise over the next couple of seasons. Based on Salford's crowds, it was a poor decision to award the franchise to the Mancs!

FWIW, I was never interested in him signing for us. We did however sign Briscoe, a far better player, whilst you kept Motu warming the physio's table. Cheers Peter Sharp!!

Oh and by the way Kris Welham has emerged into a player who has tons of potential at this stage to be a better player than Yeaman.

Agree, Welham has tons of potential. Not going to get involved in the Motu v Briscoe debate, its been done to death.

With Welham and his potential why would Rovers be interested in signing Yeaman, Hall and Tom Briscoe??

Not sure really. Out of the three players, only Briscoe would interest me. Seems a good prospect, will be interesting to see if he can keep his place when Raynor returns.

As for Hall, personally speaking I would not want to sign him as I'm not certain he would add anything to our squad.

Briscoe is only 19 and has just signed a new 5 year deal so he's one for the future rather than immediately. Personnally i would play him right centre when Raynor is back in place of G Horne.

Justine obviously though Hall and Yeaman would both add to your squad hence him declaring an interest.

TBF the Yeaman interest was before Rovers signed Webster and Walker so at the time probably made sense. Hall though, as you know, would have been a Robin now if Rule hadn't have done his backflip
