Sorry if I seem a little off-key here, but why ????????
He's just an Aussie who came here for the money, then walked out on the last year of his contract.
Yes, he was fantastic in his first season and should have been MoS
Second season - Did what he had to do to keep the money coming in, then walked out on us despite having a year left on his contract.
Let him play in the sunshine, I won't be missing him, regardless of results, because he certainly won't be missing us.

Awesome 1st season, far better than any other Aussie import. Second season was different, but it was a time that was plagued with personal issues, regardless of that he played very well and nearly helped us get to our first grand final in years.
Always speaks highly of the Wigan club and SL, would have probably done a 3rd year if it wasn't for off field issues.

May i also add that i like to see world class players at Wigan and Trent is up there with the greatest. It's sad to see that a new team will now benefit from his talents when it should be us!!
Only a fool would question Trent's impact in his first season and say it wasn't that good. He showed in that very first season what a world class six looks like and what they can do with a ball. It certainly put other so called ‘world class’ 6’s to shame like Pryce, Mcquire, Briers, Horne and Harris who have all been touted by their own fans as quality 6’s.
