Who's better available? Great knowledge of the game, especially locally - lots of contacts. We need continuity, especially in our back room staff which hasn't been the case in recent years.

Fair point, but you was doing so well without him, i wouldnt say you've been anything out the ordinary since he signed. I just dont see how you'll find continuity in an old style conditioner especially with Sports Science and the improvements in it these days.

I feel he'll lagg behind as a conditioner.. prove me wrong! I dont know whos available but im sure there's somewhere out there... there always is!

when billy left fc they finished near the bottom and where shook p by his loss rover have gone from strength to strength every year so i think that explains it hull are doing well this year because they have had to change there ways now but billy has only made the team better so you have nothing to prove he hasnt
