maybe we should play the music from the Benny Hill show,.............you know the one where they all run along in a line ,when the team come out ,lead by the "captain"

who says he's gone to the press as has previously said on here things dont always get reported as players ,coaches etc say it, the press have probably approached him from whats been going on/said on here.

oops sorry,is it only the select few who can have an opinion on this site.

Not being one of the chosen few,and not believing the drivel being fed to us by the club this season I will sit back and just nod in agreement and bow to your superior knowledge

What about in front of the fans at Widnes & at other games this season, making it clear he was the real captain pointing to where is arm band used to be, trying to whip support up with the fans, don't make me laugh, Alker as milked it & Alker as won it, player power rules.
One final point it is really funny how today it is being said that the captaincy was only temp, Have I missed something did the club really say that when they appointed Rob fall guy Parker he was only temporarily in charge.

If that 'on going investigation' nonsense was to hold any water he would have kept the captaincy until proven otherwise, same goes for the fine. And like the investigation would have taken this long. They know what happened, took the right decision and have now bottled it due to the gash start to the season. Alker has kept the issue alive via his mates on this message board and through constant articles in the press. Take about eloquence they must think some of us were born yesterday.
