is that the one where there was a river or canal behind the main stand and the balls often got kicked into after a penalty
If so it was one of the roughest places i have ever been i remember it was one scary place. I remember seeing Geoff Fletcher player and manager of huyton a real RL man but as big, ugly and as mean as you could get, rushing out of the shop or bar ( he did everything there) and his toupe falling off. We all wanted to laugh but were far too scared
