dont think he would come to sl but would think leeds would be the only team that would have enough cash to get him here and fit him in to the cap

we have room for a top class centre and we always have space for a mid season signing if needs, plus no eastwood wages.

but its still not gonna happen. i honestly thought maybe lyon next season for leeds but i guess if saints have the cap space you will get him.

It was Ricky Sherriffe.

Meli is a Brian Noble kind of player .. hmm maybe we should offer to swap him for Ainscough ;)

Did you hear his interview the other week?
People call Scully for saying "y-know" all the time, but this lad (all be it young) couldn't string a sentence together. good hard working winger though.

Based on his interview, I don't think so. He would be an embarrasment to the club, he can't string two words together. Imagine him being on Junior Mastermind.

Leave the lad alone.

He's attending the Gareth Hock elocution school.

SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS

For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled.

For 27 - 0 you get a trophy
For 75 - 0 you get sod all.

Wigan had eight in a row
Saints have five in a row

He's got no chance then.

And? hes a rugby player, not some scientist.

I think he came across well when being interviewed. So what if you couldnt understand the wigan dialect. i cant really understand the cheap, plastic scouse, St Helens dialect, but doesnt mean I think everyone from St helens is thick. What he did show was bags of enthusiasm and you could tell he was proud as punch at representing his club.

hes a young lad with no media training. Look at people like Sculthorpe who is supposed to be media savvy yet comes across very poorly.

I don't care what the lad sounds like, i would have him over meli any day, his language skills are of no importance. He could be the Forrest Gump of superleague :D as long as he can catch and run who cares?
