The problem was that he tried to make this board into his personal fief, much like the other one already is. Some of his views were valid, but he delivered them at tedious length, often in officious lecture mode (complete with extensive quotes from the coaching manual). If that wasn't enough, he usually repeated them the next day, and the next day etc. Plus, he had personal agendas, and he couldn't stand being disagreed with.
An interesting enough poster when he first started, but he eventually committed the unforgivable crime of being boring.
