I've said this since the WC. He's poor. He's trying way to hard to "sound" right, but gets lost in his speaking. He stutters and repeats himself a lot because he speaks faster than he can think, maybe because he is being over-enthusiatic.

The role isn't suiting him at the moment. It could, but we shouldn't have to put up with it whilst he can't. That's why there are supposed to be certain standards! (Obviously not in RL!).

As an aside, I thought that guy from the Guardian on SLS was very good.

Not a patch on Tony Rea’s match analysis, he spoke about the game like a good coach would and made you see things in the highlights you wouldn’t necessarily see without his prompt. Offiah sounds daft and basically just describes what you can clearly see yourself from the video, Rugby League must be able to do better…

he is awfull i couldnt stand him doing the world cup. he is quite simply the Garth Crooks of Rugby League punditry. And yes i did notice harris on the rugby league show sunday. i thought i was the only moaner aronund glad to see others at it.

Let's face it, Offiah had no inherent RL talent. He was quick, ok but that doesn't mean he knows 'owt 'bout RL!
