Surprisingly the Bradford fans received it very well and were generally interested in it. The Leeds fans were quite scathing of their player and the fact he was being granted a testimonial in the same year as JJB.

I thought a testimonial was for ten years loyal service to a particular team, why was he granted a testimonial?

The term in the dictionary indicates a "something given in appreciation of service"

Why does Jamie get one!! I am sure he was the one who decided to move to Leeds (Bradfords biggest rivals)...

Any answers on a postcard??

Fair point. Players like Neil Cowie and Steve Hampson did ten years and wrongly and didn't get one! :roll:
