our home support was non existant then, in fact the club was almost non existant, if you knew anything about RL history you'd know that though hmmm
as for our away support yes its poor we know that and we are striving to improve it, dont forget we have 10 clubs within a 20 mile radius all fighting for the same supporters compared to you who have 1 within 50 miles
How come those other 9 clubs' manage to take decent away support and not the midgets. Come to think of it your home support was very poor till Davey started letting you in for next to nowt

Well that says it all then, we only took 146 away fans to Huddersfield seven years ago when we were at rock bottom in league division one and yet you can only manage around the same figure for away games at Craven park after been in super league for several years with a suposed decent team.

Why do all away supporters use the standered of CP as the reason for not attending away matches.
Leeds bradford wakefield ext ext have UNCOVERED away stands so whats the problem.
We as supporters have never complained once about the mentioned stadia, and we never complained when we visited sh8te holes like chorley and bramley ext ext to follow and watch our team in all weathers.

Because, if we're lucky enough to get in that end, we HAVE to sit! Come rain, come shine - and sitting is awful when there is rain blowing straight at you!
For that matter, there were plenty of us there yesterday, so no excuses on show at all!

It's a number of different things. With Craven park at one end you are so far away from the pitch that you can barely see the game. The other teams that you mentioned are uncovered but they are large terraces where the views are relativley good.
As fans from Hull we are used to traveling an hour or two to away games, but for West Yorkshire and Lancs fans it's different. There are five teams in West Yorks all within 30 mins of each other. In Lancs there are 4 teams within about 30 mins and you can get from West yorks to Lancs in around an hour. The combination of the extra distance to travel and the poor viewing facilities means that a trip to craven park is never gonna be top of the list for traveling fans.
