I'll take two points however they come.
Completely agree.
Some hysterical reactions on here by the looks of it. I didn't go, so I can't comment on the performance, but some people need to remember that trophies aren't won in March. Like others, I'm concerned about our blunt attack, but it's a long hard season and we can't be perfect every week. Let's take it as it is - Two points. Thanks very much, bring on Salford.

Anyone stood freezing in the snow when we got beaten by Cas away last season will realize that this was a good result. Everyone thought that we would struggle to make the top 3 after that because of five losses so early, and it was after that game we turned it around.
Well done to Celtic for keeping it so close, Matty Smith looks like a good signing for them.

Bang n blobs
Lets look at the positives - conceding 10 points a game, we will win far more then we ,lose.
Our style and players suit faster grounds - hence, we tend to hit better form in May-August. The test for Potter is can we hit that form and maintain it better in the play-offs - against a backdrop of a fairly thin but talented squad.
Christ give Potter some time. He might not have the riches Anderson and Millward have had, esepcially as we go forward into future years - ls keep thing in perspective

I don't see how anyone can see this as a bad result, we nilled a team! If we had won 32-28 would it be a better result? We have won 3 from 4 and the only game we lost was by one point when we were without our standoff plus a raft of other senior players. We should be very happy with our season so far. It was supposed to be a transitional season, but we are right up there!
i dont understand why people are worried about saints we won ffs, dosnt matter about the score line if i recall last year we had a bad start, 3 wins out of 4 and one was lost by 1 point not bad imo, we are always a bit rusty at the start
and yeah last year i was at the cas game in the snow if you feel bad about the 4 nil last night u should have gone that game when we lost then, and we lost to hull kr first game last year. so we are having a good start this year in my eyes
i'm sorry, but when wigan dont beat "small clubs" by a considerable margin the scousers are never out of our ear!
all we've heard is "well done cetic, credit to celtic", did we hear a "credit to wakefeild" a few weeks back? no, coz you were to busy critisizing Wigan.
Winning 4-0 against the worst side in SL is not something to be pleased about and should be worrying, after watchin them againt warrington it is clear that saints this year look very average.
rant over,
continually shout "TROLL TROLL!" at me if you can't help yourself, but thats not gonna make the result change

well i for one would like to thank you for a great game ...great amosphere with all you lot there i must admit to fearing the worse before the kick off but although we didnt quite have that cutting edge in attack this week our defence was superb, and just wish that Lennon wasnt having his dislocated thumb attended to when u snuck in for the try out wide (lol) but hey ho these things happen and I just hope that these people who are coming on here and saying dont be pleased with a 4-0 win over the worst team in SL are the same people who come down here when our attack and defence both click unless of course they are Hull fans

That's because you're our arch rivals and we think it's funny when you get beaten. Get over it.
Amazing score. Didnt make it, but when I heard the score I presumed the zero had fallen of the number 4. 2 points in the bag. Dry out, get warm and lets see what we can come up with against the car thieves from salford.
