Looks like his fitness is improving, he looked well up for it tonight. Hope he keeps improving and gets back to the NRL form he showed.

I can't believe some people were so quick to write him off

23 - 20 - 4

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions

He was really good tonight, he did some good runs and was a great leader when on the field.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

or the ability to look but not see.

Conroy - Being a Latics fan i'm already immune to watching sh*te.

Sally Cinnamon - Treat the Saints forum as you would if you met a girl from St Helens. Best policy would be to avoid altogether but if you absolutely can't resist temptation then take every possible precaution.

If he continues in the way he played tonight then we will have made a good signing here. From the first few games i was not impressed with him, but that may have been because he was carrying an injury (apparently). However tonight he looked like he wanted to play, and some of the runs he made were brilliant.

He was superb tonight, made plenty of yards, and his passing was spot on.

Come on guys who called him rotten over the last few weeks?

No overseas player settles in overnight and every Wigan fan should have learned their lesson via the way Pat Richards settled in for us over a long period of time.

A superb showing tonight from the Pig!

I can't believe you are spouting this "settling in" rubbish yet again. It is complete nonsense for a player of his age and experience.

The fact he has apparently had a good game is great but it is about time. If he has been injured fair enough that is a good excuse but please give up on this he hasn't settled in rubbish. Pat Richards is no example.

Did you ever see McCormack play? He didn't need any of this settling in in time. If Riddell was injured that was a problem and it wasn't fair to play him. If not, no excuse.

Dave
