Back to the topic of the weather, we don't normally play well in the rain but that pitch was terrible roll on the SUMMER RUGBY :roll:

It were that fine rain

And no the pitch wasn't a quagmire. There were very few mistakes from either side, I've seen handling errors galore in conditions like this before but these two teams must both be congratulated for excellent defensive performances.

Spot on mate although some of our young lads that played first did say the pitch was not good.I thought it was a good old fashioned game of rugby league with both teams slugging it out for a hard fought victory.Both teams got plenty of applause when they came over to the terrace at the end.
