Not that I like to see people out of a job or anything, but the sooner he goes the better.
Yes I think something has to change at Odsal, sadly. The positivity and feel good factor that surrounded the whole club from 1996 until a couple of years ago appears to be draining away.
Steve is a lovely fella, but sadly he's not coming up with the goods despite being given a fair crack of the whip.

Orrell - You may think Wigan are the 'greatest', others don't and they're entitled to that opinion.
Being the 'Greatest' is a matter of certain attributes matching together to form something magnificant - to which success in the past is one of those. You've probably failed in other attributes.
To judge the 'greatest' club is impossible, because so many opinions and emotions come into play.
Calm down dear, it's just a bit of banter about a song that Wigan fans sing

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions

Just because a professional Wigan/GB outfit won a lot against amateur sides means very little.
As for their current predicament, they have been run by morons for a long time.
They have had terrible coaches.
Their junior development is dead, stone cold ****ing dead.
Their player recruitment is hopeless.
In fact, outside of the fact they have pretty much an open check book, everything else about the way the club is run is rotten to the core.
They are the London Broncos with money.
I despise Wigan as much as the next guy but jeeesus that's crap you're spouting.
They weren't full time for long before everyone else, in fact i'm sure I read somewhere Leeds were actually the first fully pro club.
Their youth development has been pretty good throughout the last ten years, granted they've let most of their talent go but you only have to look around Huddersfield; sorry Super League to see the talent they've produced.
Add to that they've had a different owner for about a year now.

1. Yes you're right both Wigan and Leeds where Full time clubs with a few ither teams having one or two players that where full time. However does that sound like good competition to you ?
2. Name me one world class player that Wigan have produced in the last 5 years ?
