It's a suspected broken leg.

I guess that means we're stuck with Terry 'Poo, I just passed it forward again' Newton, and even he looked to have problems tonight.

He went off, arm again. Looks like we'll be without a hooker next week. I reckon Morrison would be a good shot he looked okay there for the last 10 minutes.

I sit right in front of the away bench and Newton was in a bad way. He was playing for 10/15 mins with one arm until it took it's toll and he came off after a tackle. I wouldn't be suprised if that's a break too.

Him playing on was stupid, he should of come off straight away, the game was gone well before the injury.

Me either. He was carrying it like it was broken.

(and I feel fine)

Whose call was that, for him to stay on? Looked shot to me - thought he'd maybe refused to come off.

It was great to see the applause he got from the crowd tonight, he is a top player puts lots of effort in.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

IF either player has something broken,I hope they recover soon.

Nothing suspected about it -you clearly heard the bone cracking in the away end.

Newton had injured that same arm last week - I thought he had hyperextended his elbow
