FWIW I didn't make this game but I remember we lost a few close games early doors last season.
Cas away in shocking weather being one of them! They were the supposed whipping boys as well.
We perhaps deserved something last week against Hull KR but got beat by 1 score, this week the reverse happened where we came out by 1 score.
2pts is 2pts and I say well done to the boys!

You have obviously forgotten the 11-0 at Hudds a few years ago in torrential rain.
Or a number of low scoring games at Knowsley road in poor conditions.

It was light drizzle during the match, much like the rest of the day from about 1pm onwards. Before then it was sunny.
There was none of this "pouring rain" or "swamp like pitch". It was a bit muddy but nowhere near as bad as you say.
