Yes indeedy

As for the other suggestions:

Tesco - If you like to pay large fines, go for it

Wickes (across the road from the stadium) - See Tesco

Golden Square - Lots of room, 5 minute walk from the ground

Tanners Lane NCP - Best of the car parks in the vicinity of the stadium, cheap, safe and right next door to most of the pre-match pubs (I don't condone drinking and driving)

Cockhedge - Details are sketchy on this one, free parking may only apply to those spending more than £5 in Asda, which is defeating the object really.

Union is played by people who close airports after a bit of snow, League is played by people who would go and have a snowball fight with a 747

Wrong again cocky.

Parking is completely free on Sunday's, as i said before , you don't need to spend anything.

That's why I said maybe, I know that used to be the case though, so was giving people a possible heads up in the event it was still like that.

Plus you said it was free, so it's almost certain not to be the case :D

Come and talk to us on the Warrington board anyway.....

Still got 5 days to serve on my ban, you never know you may get a ban yourself when the mods are changed, if there changed

You get away with murder on the Warrington forum.

There's plenty of on-street parking but you need to know the area, best to go for a proper car park:-

Tanners lane about 50 yards from stadium. Go past the stadium. Turn right at the lights near the jaguar garage. Turn left at the roundabout opposite the Rodney. Turn almost immediately right and the car park entrance is almost immediately on your left. Its a surface one and about £2.60 for over 2 hours.

Opposite Central station. Instead of turning right at the lights past the Rodney, carry on until just before the railway bringe and there is a car park on the right. Almost next to the one above. Similar price I think.

Golden Square. Massive multi storey above the main shopping centre. Carry on past the stadium. Through the lights opposite Wickes onto the large roundabout. Go right round this almost back to where you came from, 4th exit, A57 Liverpool, called Midland way. Go along that and you'll see Golden Square coming up on your left. Look out for the entrance, it's easy to miss. Up the spiral ramp. It's free on Sundays and shops close at 5pm. Less than 10 mins to ground.

Plus, there's the one around the back of McDonalds, not sure about clamping/tickets in there though.

Total Fitness, a good spot, but I also have no idea if TF are strict on who uses it, they never used to be.

Directions are on the Visitors Guide on our forum, make sure you check what the signs say in the car park though.
