He more than makes up for his errors. Can the same be said for Mark?

I never said Briscoe was perfect though did i ;) He made a fair few mistakes.. But has still shone in previous performances and been a lot more consistent.

Im not saying he's a sh4t player... im just saying he's playing sh5t! I know what he's capable of....

I just feel the team dont have any confidence within him other wise he'd be getting a sh4t load more ball time.

I've seen him play twice. He had a good game against Celtic and a not so good game last night. He's scored one less try than Briscoe with far less service. Defensively there's not much between them - in fact Calderwood is slightly ahead.

The amount of ball he's getting has feck all to do with confidence. Our right wingers NEVER get any ball and his centre isn't one. Having said that, reviewing the game this morning you can see signs of us trying to bring him into play more often - it's just not coming off yet.

When Raynor's back it will be an interesting dilemma for Agar and I don't think it's as clear-cut as you seem to think.

Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm

Statistics suggest he's doing OK overall.

He didn't get a single pass of any description in the second half.

Unfortunately some fans preconceptions about Calderwood were all too evident in the crowd last night. One bloke slating him as he had to stop to collect a pass in the first half due to it being a poor pass. Another in the second half slating him, after a grubber kick had been put in to the in goal area, for not diving and bending around the Hudds defender to score a try  I reminded him that the rubber man from the fantastic 4 was fictional.

In the last two games Tom Briscoe has cost us 2 tries, directly from either letting someone passed him or spilling the ball. Is he a poor player?

Calderwood has little to prove. You don't like him as a player on teh basis he once played for Leeds

Did fine for me and did nothing wrong, played well. There are some games where he will be outstanding im sure and score a hatfull of tries, I just hope its in games were we need it. Not all players will be able to be brilliant all the time, just hope when they aren't, they are solid as that.
