Yeah, something along those lines could probably give the team a boost.

Only kidding. No I don't think we need a Direstor of Rugby but I do think we need a more experienced assistan. Someone that has been out of the game for years and would be looking for a bit of a coaching job without the responsibility.

What about Karl harrison? He could continue commentating on Leeds United matches then. Or Ellery hanley? He could continue with his light entertainment television career. Or Alex Murphy? He could continue making mischief in the tabloids.

Garry Schofield. Problem solved.

Need a few more bodies through the turnstiles if you want the club to be able to beef up the coaching staff. Chicken and egg.

I think Wire will see out Jimmy's contract then let him go. Might be a bit like Daryle Powell when Smith went to Leeds. Would be good to get someone in this role but I don't think they'd pay for two coaches with all the cost cutting that's been going on.

But sometimes you need to speculate to accumulate.

I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

But with what? If you have had to lay off staff, what does that tell you? In the middle of far and away the worst ecomomic disaster almost anyone on here has seen (and its far far worse than many people realise), with corporate income in this God-forsaken city likely to be even more limited than it has been, with borrowing not an option, there's only one place (short of selling players) that the required funds are going to come from.

Maybe all the supporters who feel so strongly on the subject will subscribe to a fund for this purpose...?

I wish the financial realities were otherwise.

I refer to my earlier post and this time without the smilies

When you're a Bradford fan there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Unfortunately it's usually an oncoming train

I believe the term is squadbuilder - although I'm sure we'd be happy with the money going to anything improving the team

I'm in too
