:?

Morley is already going to be looking for Bailey so we will need someone ready for some Forward action

Agreed

Eccleshill Rhino wrote:I personnally would like to see Gibson played at loose forward and see how that goes.

And do what with Sinfield? no point getting Gibson acustomed to a roll he's got no chance of playing.

Eccleshill Rhino wrote:I would not play Burrow - that was a pretty serious concussion

With all respect I think the medical staff are more than qualified to make that descision.

Peacock should have had a word from the coach this week about his temper, another card this week and I wouldn't have a problem with him being dropped (if he wasn't banned anyway)

Seriously, same as last week? Give them a chance to "prove" themselves after a defeat.

Wouldn't play Ablett at centre again, it was the solid option last week but now we need to look forward and give Watkins a long run.

He has played 30 minutes this season and has stats of:

7 carries
53 meters
7.6 m/carry
1 tackle bust
1 offload

Now that was his 1st 30 minutes of the season after having as good as 2 seasons out. If that is offering little going forward then i'd like to see what he can do with game time under his belt.

That was against the weakest side in the comp in their first game and 50 minutes in - please put the stats into perspective

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

It was against Wakefield not Celtic. You're on fire this afternoon.

I'd still prefer Senior, but in either case, if both were to play on their preferred sides, Gleeson would be facing Senior. Perhaps that's the way to go?

Fair point - still facts deserve to be put in the correct context would you not agree?

I am not putting Gibson down - I am suggesting a different position more in line with his current physical state - Ashley has considerable skills what he lacks is raw pace - sadly centres in the modern game have to have a turn of pace.

Asking for trouble if he plays he needs more time off - surely
