Thats the exact reason. Why should JJB sell Wigan Warriors shirts? Thier only association with us is that we play at The JJB Stadium.

You would think they would lower the price to lure people into buying it. £42.99 for a shirt thats now over a month late for the start of the season is a bit much.

The same reason they sell Liverpool & Man Utd shirts in Wigan, because they are a popluar item. After all Wigan Warriors, Liverpool & Man Utd are the 3 most popular teams in the town :)

The real reason is that JJB and Kooga are going through a law suit.

Be honest, where is the higher revenue going to come from?

Man Utd shirts - a global marketing success

Wigan Warriors shirts - a more localized marketing

They won't sell anywhere near the 20,000 they sold last year.

16,000 (approx) of those were sold through JJB.

Got to say this is a top signing

i would say they'd sell quite a few wigan shirts in wigan.
and are you trying to say that most football fans in wigan actually support a team other than the latics? :o
