Great news appointing the coach who managed to turn our national side from World Cup hopefuls into a hummiliating shambles in the space of four games (I'm not referring to Ricky Stewart here Even though he's equally applicable.)

In fairness, whilst it is a great appointment appointment, just because he has a track record, as we all know, it doesnt guarantee success.
He punched above his weight at Huddersfield and tasted success with a Leeds side already boasting some high quality players in a very professional set up, the issues he has to face with Warrington are far different.
Good luck to him I say, but its still a massive challenge ahead. Need to be patient with Smith on this one I think.

Dont worry, now youve got the England Coach as your top man, we will see the likes of Briers, Bridge and Jon Clarke donning the international jersey in the near future so all is well!
