No, but not many have got away with kicking out numerous times, whilst others have been banned for the same offence.

Gerrard made a two footed challenge in the Chelsea game and never got a red, however people don't bring it up all the time.

Ronaldo has got away with 2/3 instances and I don't deny it. He also should have had penalties which have not been given.

People don't bring Rooney elbowing up all the time, or how he manages not to get sent off when constantly abusing referees.
