Its refreshing to see a club with ability and potential that is underachieving looking to do something about it.
The problem at Wire, and the same wherever there is a club underachieving these days in my opinion cannot be sorted with a straight change of coach. There are clearly players there with apalling attitudes and they will have contracts that go on for another 2, 3 years. You can take over, put all that you think is good in place but be forced to play either the same players or alternately a load of college leavers who aren't ready. Wires problems, like Wigans, will take years to fix whoever is in charge.
