In which areas?

His go forward and leg drive in the tackle is amazing for someone his age, but his defensive positioning at the moment could be improved whereas this has been one of Raynors strong points. To say Raynor has been poor the last couple of seasons is wrong, he has been one of the better performers despite very limited ball!

Agree, he is still the best British winger and should walk back into our side. He brings so much to our team i cant even believe there is a debate about him tbh.

One option would be to play Briscoe at centre instead of Horne but I for me it will prove a much harder position for him to play, especially defensively as it proved the other day when Mogg skipped round him.The other factor is Briscoe might need resting at some stage, playing him every week won't be good for him imo.
Its no disgrace for Adam Mogg to have the better of you, especially when you are still learning your trade.
I see there has been no mention of the certain try Briscoe saved when he managed to strip the ball from the attacker when actually over our try line.

The Briscoe try save has been mentioned, it was superb play.
I am not saying its a disgrace to have Mogg skip around you but what I am saying is defending at centre is one of the hardest places to defend and imo people wanting Briscoe to be moved to centre need to think about this, he needs time to learn the position. Does he have the ability to think like a centre in attacking terms?
Right now he looks like a very good winger who could go on to play centre. I am not saying don't play him there but lets just be careful with him.

Briscoe could well even take Calderwood's place if MC is not performing to his best. Once Raynor is back then form will dictate who plays where.
I am quite sure that the highest earners will all retain there places in the side. Briscoe and Hall will be replaced if the other two are fit, irrespective of form IMO. For what it's worth, I'd have Briscoe take Calderwoods place and I'd keep Hall at fullback until he has a nightmare (if he does).
The words of fools mean nothing to one who resides in the truth.
I think it would be a harsh call to drop Calderwood. I was never his biggest fan before he signed for us, but so far he's done everything expected of him. The fact that he's had about 2 passes in the first three games combined is hardly his fault.

Totally agree. Calderwood and Raynor are still our first choice wingers. Briscoe can move inside to centre or wait for another chance.

Indeed.
And he scored from one of them.
