He's been very good and more importantly, he's been consistant. For me, he'd be one of the first names of the team sheet and he has probably been one of our most enthusiastic players. I'm sure his aim will to be included within the squad for the rest of the season before becoming an established first choice prop for 2010.

Well done Eamon, keep it up.

I really like Eamon. He looks so small and cuddly, but he's deceptively strong, and makes plenty of yards. Remember when Morley went into a tackle with him, and Morley came off second best with a broken face?

Well that is what I believe the rumours were and I am sure at least one person on here can confirm it was either Colbon or O'Carroll for a permanent deal and it wasn't clear cut who was going to get it.

There were then the rumours earlier about O'Carroll being offered as part of a deal for Moore from Wakefield and to be honest I can't remember what the conclusion was on that one (i.e. if there was anything in it or not) but my view is O'Carroll's position here wasn't that certain pre this season.

It is now given how well he has done.

Dave

I've been impressed with him, he's been one of (if not the best) prop forward we've got at the moment & IMO he's really underrated compared to the likes of Ainscough and Sam Tomkins.

But the thing that encourages me the most, there's a lot more to come from Eamon O'carroll.

This lad has shown that effort and attitude count far more than size. I got sick to death on here last season of being told he just isn't big enough. Keep it up Eamon.

Eamon displays an attitude and work ethic that puts some of our more seasoned players to shame.

I don't know if it's 'small-person syndrome' but he's a tough lad who won't give up. An absolute credit to the team and is easily or 3rd prop at the moment, hopefully with Prescott becoming our 4th soon.

Keep on going Eamon!

Conroy - Being a Latics fan i'm already immune to watching sh*te.

Sally Cinnamon - Treat the Saints forum as you would if you met a girl from St Helens. Best policy would be to avoid altogether but if you absolutely can't resist temptation then take every possible precaution.

His form does pose the question about needing a Prop to replace Coley in 2010. If Prescott can get back up to the form he showed pre injury in 2008 we will have a pretty strong front line of Props, with the likes of Hock for example in my opinion another year closer to making the move forward. Although Fieldens contract does not run out till the end of the 2010 season he must be starting to get a little worried, about the prospect of being able to secure one last deal with Wigan.

Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

O'Carroll's been excellent.
First team choice now, after all who would you drop him for?
Answer - no one!
