Will be cheering on Quevaga from my living room. Assume Othermix is in the Arkle? Already have a healthy looking position on Calgary Bay in that one.

Othermix is going in the Champion Hurdle then on to Aintree and likely back to France for the Barka and French Champion. Goes Chasing next year.

Ah right I noticed it was entered up in both so just assumed the Arkle. Will keep an eye on it but was on Binocular and Ashkazar back in October so again (hopefully) a healthy position!

The Champion Hurdle is an awesome race this year if you ask me.

Binocular looks great, then you have past winners -

Katchit
Sublimity
Hardy Eustace
Brave Inca

The first 2 could very well run into a place.

Then you have -

Celestial Halo
Punjabi
Osana
Ashkazar
Snap Tie.

Excellent renewal of the race.

If the ground is good then Snap Tie at 33s could be an excellent EW bet, just depends on how much they water the course at Prestbury Park.

Can't wait for it to start. I am a bit joe flint this year so can only afford £10 per race.

Have backed the following so far -

Red Maloney - e/w - Supreme Novice
Well Chief e/w - Champ Chase
Jered e/w - Champ Hurdle
Forpadydeplaster e/w -Arkle
Scriptwriter e/w - Pertemps

Lots of studying of the formbook to be done over the weeked.

Any good tips for the bumper this year?

Sicilian Secret was impressive at Leopardstown when he had a gallop there the other day, which has shortened him up in the market as a result. However, 4/1 in most places is quite a short price.

There is one i like at a big price in the bumper, and that is Vino Griego, trained by Gary Moore. Ok, he will be slightly older than the other horses in the bumper and isn't trained by Willie Mullins or an Irish counterpart  but he won his last race at Ascot well, and was a good 2nd on his first race.

I've backed Vino too Gaz. Also had a saver on Quinola Des Obeaux - been very impressive so far and as Mullins has said in recent days it's possible that all his Bumper contenders this year are better than his winners in the past so in that regard I wouldn't put anyone off backing any of his contenders (especially Quinola and Morning Supreme who handled a similarly hilly track when successful at Downpatrick late last year).
