SBW has hardly covered his integrity with glory this last few months. I can see there being some major stumbling blocks with getting his signature and I believe he has some previous (although whether he has a criminal record is another matter).
Perhaps we're thinking he's more trouble than he's worth and it would be too much of a battle getting him here. Who knows.
