Just after seeing what happened when he took over and how he never really wanted Allardyce, I wonder if he'd be curious about what potential owners may be after, like.
He's pledged his future but if someone came in offering investment or a complete buy-out, he'd be tempted.

Fair enough. I guess he'll be looking to plan for the medium term, as it doesn't sound like he's in it for the long run. It's such an awkward situation at Newcastle at the moment. Is the whole director of football thing still going on? If it is, they'd probably be better looking for a manager off the continent, like West Ham have, the only problem with that is you're staring at relegation, and bringing in a foreign manager is more of a risk than bringing in somebody British who knows the premier league well.
Decisions decisions decisions, I wouldn't like to be Mike Ashley at the moment...

Definitely. I don't think we'll bring anybody in though unfortunately.
The DoF thing is still going on but there are rumours that Wise is going to be removed in the summer.
Can't believe we got beat by West Ham. Our passing was woeful - not helped by having to reorganise the team because of injuries during the game. However, we still managed to not score even though we had four great chances to score and West Ham had one - and scored with it. At least we are playing better away from from home. Now we have Villa with probably no Robihno and Bellamy. Great.
Here's a pic from liddle, relegation-haunted, Blackburn that made me laugh:

He actually lives very close to Manchester. Not surprising really. Who, if they had any choice, would want to live in Blackburn. There's only place comparable to Blackburn - Middlesbrough. Horrid.
