Actually, can't argue with d really.
Or, how about e) we can't win expect to everything, Manly showed how wide the skills gulf between the NRL and SL still is
Naturally I'm disappointed but as a Leeds fan of nearly 20 years I've plenty of experience of them losing games big and small so it doesn't affect me too much

Good match to watch though.
On another note, the Bulls like other SL clubs will not doubt be keeping a close eye on negotiations between Manly and Orford go. I expect he'll re-sign though unfortunately.
i think a lot of the nrl teams have a long way to go in catching manly too

Well said. I missed my first WCC for a few years as I was working in the evening, and was pretty sick about that, as this Manly team are indisputably amongst the ranks of the best there's ever been, and such teams deserve to be watched at any opportunity.
Phil Clarke (for it was he) pulled out the 2008 stats showing that, on average, it's the 3rd quarter when Manly come out and pulverize teams, and boy didn't they just. Nobody could have lived with that, and it is no disgrace to Leeds that they were on the receiving end. It's one thing knowing what they are likely to do, but quite another doing something about it.
Manly have a rare blend of players and as a team, are currently head and shoulders above anything else in the game. I thought it was a treat to watch.

Just shows how good Manly are, when they turned it on, they were unstopable against one of the best defences in SL, shows the gulf between the 2 leagues.
I would love to have watmough in our team he is absolute class, was the best player on the pitch, and looks to have everything in his game.

Certainly since the reformation of the competition in 2000, it knocked the Roosters demolition of Saints in 2003 off of the second best performance in the competition.
Neither team could have lived with the Bulls performance in 2005.
