TBH I'd prefer Lee missed for another prop regardless, but not meaning that against Lee. It's great that Cusack and Dowes are capable of so much game time, but personally I'd prefer that not to be the norm. It's gone well so far at the start of the season, but over 20-some plus games I think it's a lot to ask. They're not immune from burnout and I'd sooner they maintain their level of performance than simply the length of it.
Back to Moa, I agree with those saying it's a bit early to throw him straight in and that it would also not be entirely fair to Maloney.
