It is a hard pill to swallow but unbelievably true.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Not really, half are in the south stand and half in the east, I sit in the east but I think everyone should sit in the same area then we can make an atmosphere. So many times are the away fans louder than us.
The only time we have a good atmosphere is when we play well or if we are playing saints or something has happened with DW.

Yes, but practically-speaking (and I don't know why I'm getting so embroiled in this ), you can picture the scenario now - the club designates some bit of the stadium as a 'noisy section' and then there are a load of moans from people who have to move their season ticket seat/pay more/sit near or with chavs/complaints from people near the "noisy section" that don't want to be/not having as good a view...
More fuss and bother than it's worth!

That would only happen if you had it in the middle of the west stand.
The middle of the south and east are already pretty noisey and if you didnt want to hear any chanting you would not be sitting there.
