His decisions were appaling today IMO, should take the lion's share of blame himself. Nathan Doyle should be nowhere near a Premier League starting 11, Richard Garcia as a lone striker, wtf?! Kevin Kilbane just plain awful, shouldn't have lasted until half time. It was a relegation battle and 2-1 wasn't a fair reflection of the gulf between the teams. He should be a very worried man.
