a kick for touch will result in the touch judge knocking on someones door saying

he jumped the gun then as Allan Rowley only finalised things with the RFL and Miners on Friday morning.

I can't see that pitch keeping up with this amount of high class rugby, unless the miners will get help with its upkeep.
