I hope craig gets a good run in the fullback roll ideally it would be great if he could play centre alongside calderwood in attack they would be lethal unfortunately his defence lets him in down in that area wheres as fullback he wont get caught out so much but then again if a certain mr crocker arrived he could be the making of craig hall as a centre as he would be defending out wide he would keep hall reet just has he did folau at melbourne. so basically imo michael crocker final piece of the jigsaw. :D

Think the poster means if Crocker arrived and played next to Hall he would take some of the pressure off Hall defending.

I'm really pleased Hall's getting a chance at fullback. He looks dangerous with ball in hand and if he becomes a useful support player, no-one will catch him. I wish he'd attack the ball more from kicks but that'll come with game time. I think we should stop hoping for Crocker now. It's really unlikely he's coming, and we've already got half the Tongan pack trying to earn a place in the side!

Showed the skills and attributes many of us know he has.

Great elusive runner which could make him a very potent attacking weapon if his moves into the line could be timed to perfection.

Always thought Hall is a decent player and a big prospect for the future. He had a solid game at FB last night and took the chance gave to him by Agar with both hands. I still believe his best position though is in the centre's and would love Agar to give him some more opportunities to impress.

I think full back is his natural position with plenty of space to run into it. Would be great to see him develop into England full back - think we concentrate too much on defence with the likes of Wellens unlike the fast Aussie full backs we saw in the world cup. Daft as it sounds I dont think defence (which isnt his strongest point) matters as much at full back as in the centres.

It's not daft, it's rediculous!!

Full Back is the last line of defence on many occasions.

It's not ridiculous at all. A centre is likely to make far more tackles in a game than a full back (unless it's salford's full back   )

Look at this comparison from last season (didn't use ours as we didn't have a settled side)
