I know you're team were bad but not good that some element amongst your fans went silly and started throwing things on field. Not sure if these were meant for your team but a bottle narowly missed Richard Owen's head. I hope the decent fans amongst you point out the morons and your club ban them!!! Every team has their own set of idiot fans, cas included. But throwing a smoke flare just takes it too a different level. Its something football hooligans do.

Embarassing on and off the field. We can't even do the basics right and some of the tackling or lack thereof was pathetic. Painfully predictable and too slow in attack. Leuluai had another decent game.

Those who were throwing stuff on the pitch are a disgrace.

Wern't may Salford fans there if you ask me expected a lot more from fans which must have thought they had a chance of getting their first win tonight. Was stood at the railway end in the second half and the idiot that threw the flair deserves banning for life ! obviously gearing up for s*** at Wembley tommorow.

For the true fans that support Salford though just stick with your team, sometimes they may look poor but believe me you could shock one or two teams like we did last year. That Salford side very much reminds me of us at the start of last year, stick with it and things will come good

Tonights game showed how far behind the pace of Superleague we are. I though Castleford played really well, and had one of those days when everything stuck.

I wonder if Salford are only focusing on home games, if so, perhaps they could put an ad in the paper so we know not to bother travelling away.


As for the idiot Salford fan, i (like many others) wish to distance myself from that type of behaviour. The sooner he gets banned the better. He is a liability and could do some serious damage, plus, he spits a lot when he's shouting!!!!!!!

I thought he threw the flare etc because when Owen scored he threw the ball into the Salford & Castleford fans and mabye he thought owen threw it at them ? either way it was shocking and there was no need, keep it to football please !
