he should play on the right next to horne , either that or move briscoe into the centres

My thoughts exactly. Mogg usually destroys us on his own but apart from the first half when he stepped inside Horny Yeaman never gave him a sniff.

You are on your own there.

The term world class is bounded about far too easily and certainly doesn't have Yeaman anywhere near it.

He was been solid yet unspectacular so far. In all honestly, when Raynor is fit, Briscoe may well go into the centres as he shouldn't be left out of the side on current form. If that the case Yeaman may need to sit a few weeks out.

Absolute tosh! G.Horne will go before yeamo.

Its hard to judge any of the three quaters at the minute as the ball is not getting out to them the only time they seem to get it is from kick returns or scoots. Hopefully the ball will start getting wider as the half backs gel and the attacking structure gets better. Yeaman has always ran excelent lines he just needs the ball and tries will come

We have 2 very greedy centres but the difference between them is yeamo is class defensively and gives more going forward. Calderwood has only been passed the ball about 4 times in the first 3 games and has a try! Noticed R.Horne telling graeme off for not going out wide in the second half.

Lot of season yet to play , lets hope he improves week on week because he seems to be doing so at present but still way off the mark

And similar to Manu, he's heavily dependent on being given the ball in good positions to realise his potential. Spooky.

They both thrive when delivered the ball on the run so that they can exploit gaps. Receiving the ball stood flat and being expected to cart it up against a defence as organised as Catalans were last night will never produce the best from them. They are far from alone in this, I don't see it as a big issue for them individually, personally.

With regard to both 'centres' being greedy, the key difference is that Yeaman is a prolific try-scorer. Top centres require the ability to both score tries and create them for their winger, but at least one of these abilities on a regular basis. This is exactly why I'm not convinced by G Horne as a first choice centre, IMO he's still a backrower being asked to fill in.

Not on his own. Has played for Great Britain in a team that beat Australia so can be called World Class.
Thought he had a good game last night. Seems a bit quicker this season and strong in defence. Would make the England team at the moment.
