Highly impressed by Tom Briscoe, and if he can keep delivering such quality performances on the pitch then Agar won't be able to drop him anyway?! :)

Carries on in this form and stay's injury free( ) he will be.
I did hear he would have been in the train-on squad for the world cup if he had'nt got injured.

IMO.

You don't remember his length of the field effort at Warrington a couple of years ago then

That came from defending a high ball to his corner as well

And as for slinging out daft passes. IF our players actually stayed alert they would turn into very good passes. Similar thing happened last night when Richard Horne had turned his back and dropped an offload

His ground defence is superb, his high ball defence is a actually not bad now, he scores a fair number of tries given that he plays outside a centre who is prone to not passing, he's quick on the burst, and he tales the ball up well to spell the forwards.

Overall there aren't many better IMO.

Agree with all that. Raynor is class and irrespective of what's gone on in his absence should be one of the first names on the teamsheet.

Injuries have meant we have played him on the wing and being able to give him match experience playing there but would love to see him at centre soon.

agar doesnt see that

Wow.....once in 2 years........yes Horne was guilty last night and the pass was on.......im just not a Raynor fan and dont think he is as good as you make out...but if he scores a shedload and helps us win something then i will have a big helping off pie.

Agree with Kosh's comments and furthermore, if we can provide him with a good kick - chase game there is no more dangerous in Super League IMO than Raynor in that area.

Don't think anybody is saying Calderwood isn't a good player, only that with Briscoe playing so well and Raynor coming back that he will probably be the one fighting to get this place back, and I agree. Frankly its brilliant for Hull to have competition for places at that level.

Back on the topic of Briscoe. Superb performance. That try saving tackle I think may just be one of the best I have ever seen.

Disagree, he's not as good as people want to make us believe.
