We weren't great tonight but we weren't given a chance. When you get pinged every farts end and conceding possession and territory like we did the only quality we really got a chance to display was our scramble defence.

Cudjoe did well in the centres and a lovely offload for Aspers' try. He made some good tackles too but still missed the odd one on one.

For me the biggest worry was how their props totally outdid ours in the first portion of the first half. It didn't look good the first 20mins but then as meast said, in days gone by we'd have already been chasing the game but instead we were still right in it.

I'm just proud of their attitude tonight as much as anything. Balls to the ref, balls to it all. We're going to keep on going and going and going. And they did and got their just rewards.

If London is Athens, Yorkshire is Sparta, a tougher community and proud of it.

There are 3 certainties in this world. Death, taxes and Huddersfield losing to Bradford at Odsal.

the world just got less uncertain

What a great result but after 15 minutes i thought we were going to get hammered. i think when you look at the opta stats people will question how we won. The go forward and posssession and penalties Bradford had would have destroyed most teams.
Some great team work and commitment and Coaching by brown. we really changed the tactics in the second half moved up quicker in the tackle and stopped those silly inside passes which against a strong Bulls pack were going nowhere.

we had good go forward when we moved the ball wide to the centres fatz was superb in causing problems for them.

My one concern is the no of silly errors we made kicking out on the full, the trip / obstruction after a Bulls kick and some suicide passing could have cost us.

What a great result although in terms of quality it was a bit poor.

Still i was there when we finally won at Odslum.

I suppose it's no wonder we got pumped at prop the first twenty with Crabtree and Griff missing. Until Kirmond came on we had absolutely no chance of an offload after the impact and we miss Crabtree big time in that area along with his yards made post-collision.

Griff is our big hitter in defence and we missed that too. Bradford's pack is great though, especially at prop. Scruton and Burgess are both top notch. Imagine if our front prop choices had Griff, Crabtree, Scruton, Burgess and Jacko. Christ man, what a set of props that would be.

Well I dont think Mr Ganson tried hard enough...he obviously didnt understand that giving us the penalties would have made it easier for us! He was obviously like the Dulls fans and doesnt understand the rules!!

Nothing cheers me more than to hear/see the Dulls fans moan and weep...cant wait for them to visit us...so we can do the double

Get in fantastic result, hopefully it will help to draw the crowds in again next weekend and keeps our momentum up for the season.

When you can ground out results like this one, it's very encouraging.
