Beaten at home by a team with a squad of 16 & one in the bin.
Then thrashed away by a team riddled with injuries & a squad of 15 players.
This weekend we play a team who are 13 places higher in the league than us, the best team in the competition & smarting from having their arses handed to them on a plate in front of a world wide audience.
One word - backlash !
Dispite today's good news, Sunday could be embarrasing.
Come on, there's a slight sliver of hope now, surely!? This is Warrington after all - inconsistency is our speciality so it would be just like us to turn it on on Sunday. Been done many times before.
And don't forget this run of results from last year:
Rnd Home Team Away Team
1 Castleford 14 V 21 Catalans
2 Wigan 28 V 16 Castleford
3 Huddersfield 64 V 12 Castleford
4 Castleford 16 V 22 Harlequins
5 Castleford 38 V 20 Leeds
