But James Lowes' press conference afterwards is breathtaking. How he can be positive after that, after our start to the season, I don't know.
I actually feel he's taking the p'iss, I seriously can't take him seriously, I just can't understand why he would say that. I'm sick and tired of his negativity, his contradictions and his completely arrogant persona he has to him, it's hard enough being a fan and seeing the players perform like that, having a manager who's just as uninspiring as those lads is deeply upsetting. I'm truly shocked after that.
Outstanding post, I'm also very shocked as well and something needs to be changed and quick.

It doesn't sound daft at all, JWP, I completely agree. When you love something so much, you can't help but be upset/angry when you see that thing being made a mockery of. We, as fans, dream of the club winning, doing well, enjoying themselves and us enjoying ourselves. Seeing that team, rock bottom in terms of confidence, and our manager slumped in his chair looking gormless all night hurts as a fan, I'm sorry but it does, and for him to come out and completely contradict everything he says/does, is like a kick in the balls.
I apologize if I sound OTT, but seeing that tonight was the last straw.

I know what you mean. It's like someone is pee'ing up your back and tell you it's raining.
If he was honest enough to come out, last week, this week, whenever. Lay his cards on the table, tell you we stank, the players were crap, tactically he was exposed and him & Wright are going to get together a Plan B, I'd still be bloody angry, but the acceptance of wrong doing I'd respect. We're all human, we all make mistakes, and thus we can relate to such things. To make out, we're just a few little tweaks away from greatness just beggars belief, and isn't consistent with reality, which I just saw with my own eyes.
I've never felt so bitter towards somebody that I don't know. It's terrible really, I'm not like that, but I really am angry at what he's doing.

I agree. I honestly felt like he was joking, I really did, I just don't know how he came to those conclusions, especially when he spent most of his time staring into the sky.
Basic player mistakes and player errors are costing Jimmy Lowes his job. I suspect tactical play developed in training has not yet been employed due to the wire playing on the back foot during most of the last three games.
It appears Jimmy is backing his players to the hilt, as you would expect. Obviously staying cool under pressure ensuring a ‘no panic’ mentality is Jimmy’s style, nothing wrong with that.
Additional unnecessary pressure added by Skent, with his probing questions to Jimmy is not helpful to Warrington. Cracks are obviously apparent with Jimmys uncomfortable demean during the interviews…. Skent to Jimmy is the BBC to Alex Ferguson.
The players need to look at themselves in the mirror and ask are they giving everything?
On a positive note the players Jimmy has brought in are performing. Higham and Carvell a pair that Jimmy can build on.
The old guard need to play catch up and produce an effort in line with Jimmys new recruits.

The truth is that the so-called big names are no where near as good as the hype would suggest (examples Briers, Monaghan, King & Vinnie Anderson) and the youngsters are simply not yet up to it at SL level (examples Riley, Penny, Blythe).
Not Mr Stat Attack?!

It appears Jimmy is backing his players to the hilt, as you would expect. Obviously staying cool under pressure ensuring a ‘no panic’ mentality is Jimmy’s style, nothing wrong with that.If he is sticking up for them in tough times, he's had 7 months to bring players on his side. Backs against wall for a long time and no change, there not repaying him

Cracks are obviously apparent with Jimmys uncomfortable demean during the interviews…. Skent to Jimmy is the BBC to Alex Ferguson. If a couple of tough questions are enough to unravel the coaching, then he shouldnt be in coaching of any sport, unless its tiddlywinks. Don't get that immunity until you earn it, and then it doesnt last.

Not particulary, while neither were players Lowes had final say on, one is injured long term seemingly (fancy that!) and the other has seemed to regress The old guard need to play catch up and produce an effort in line with Jimmys new recruits. again... COME ON THE WIRE!!!!
