Is this the fittest Hull FC team of the last few years.Think Jon Sharp and the new conditioner have done wonders with the teams stamina.Thought Catalan were going to wear Hull down in the first 20 minutes but we stuck at it and at times Catalan players looked tired.Well done Rich Agar and the backroom staff,we look a different team from last year.

I said the same thing tonight to ,the overall fitness body language and confidence in the team and the fact everyone seems to be playing for each other seems to be there for all to see compared with last season.
And the defence was exceptional tonight to which was the main factor of the win. thought the forwards laid the foundations for a well deserved victory.
Agreed. In all 3 of our games so far, our fitness has been superior and been a major factor towards our success. We look in great physical condition and it's clear to see that a lot of work has been in the off season.

The difference in fitness between the two sides tonight showed how far we've progressed since last season. Catalans were really blowing towards the end of the game whereas we looked like we still had some left in the tank.

Very promising indeed.
In all the games so far, I've felt confident going into the last quarter if only because we've looked far less tired than the opposition.

i said this to a few people we look very fit and are finishing games with plenty still in the tankcredit must go to the conditioner.
