Have we reason to think we have a very very good foundation or what?
For me, we have some superb players. I think lee has suffered due to playing too many positions, and will come good, like Horney has after some of the numpties knocking him. Houghton, Hally and Briscoe have to be 3 of the most exciting players I have seen coming through the Hull ranks. Including Richard Horne and Cookie

yeah mate definitely looking good for us, just hope we can keep them together! somehow though i have a funny feeling that a couple may have to leave. Although there is more coming through! I remember when Horney, cookie, yeamo were just coming through they were thrusted in due to injuries at a young age and told to sink or swim and were better for the experience. See a lot of this in brisco and houghton especially.

Horney and Cookie we had no choice though. We were really quite poor!
