Still hard to take the place has gone. During my visits I spoke to the workers who claimed some strange going ons during the demolition. Claims of figures, strong smells and crowd noises, not sure if they were winding me up, anybody else heard anything.?

Usual urban myth tripe spread by folk having a laugh.

I did feel a presence during one visit but it was when they were taking down the score board. I watched Derek Acoonara a few years ago and it makes you think.

Lee Hansen was particularly sad to see the place go.

His father passed away in the small stand didn't he so you can understand he'd have quite an attachment to the place other than having just played for us there.
