If they booked acts who were worth seeing people would come from anywhere, I saw Metallica last night and there were coaches from Scotland and Exeter next to ours, the same happened a few years back when I saw Springsteen in London, people came from all parts of the UK, can the same be said for Neil Diamond.
The Who in 2007.

I agree. 12 years ago I saw Tina Turner at Don Valley. 25000 there. She wouldnt pack out KC now but then she could. KC is similar to Don Vally in that if you get the right act then you could stand 10000 on the pitch nevermind seating. 25000 no problem, plenty to attract the big acts.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

is the problem that the kc size makes it to expensive?
i'm only guessing here but say it costs 500k to get the staduim ready, the stage and additional flooring/seating, could a band get a better deal at a venue where they could fit more people in or where the stage is already set up?
asking oasis or coldplay to play the kc would be pointless when they could double/treble there revenue at wembley.
and i dont think the killers would sell out the kc at 50 quid a pop.

Put a stage up,some lights and boarding on the pitch which in summer wouldnt be beat up would not cost that! dont forget the stadium would benefit from drink and food bought and any carparking. If the Killers sold 20000 tickets at £30 they would be quids in.
