dont you see, its the flamboyant manner in which he withdraws and blows his whistle to give the penalty, all in the name of drawing attention to himself. I'm also lead to believe he is behind the orange referees shirts this year...just so everyone spends all the game looking at him.

Good idea you seem to have let's wrap these precious little ref's up in cotton wool and no one is ever aloud to say a bad word against them or God forbid ever question a decision they make.
